Presentation FAQ
Why should a CEO make a presentation at a Red Eight Live Event?
Entrepreneurs get exposure for their business, obtain valuable feedback from a group of savvy professionals, and possibly gain interest from investors. Most importantly, entrepreneurs will be able to build their social capital with a wide variety of contacts that will go a long way in helping to develop their companies.
How many minutes does each CEO get?
Five minutes. This time includes Q&A from the floor as well, so it’s advised that the pitch is limited to about 3 minutes, leaving some time for Q&A. Entrepreneurs will be given plenty of time to mingle and approach people after the presentations are over. Red Eight Ambassadors will also be around helping to make introductions. Also we feel it is important that entrepreneurs are concise when pitching their company so as to only deliver the strongest messages first.
What should CEOs cover in the 5 minutes?
Why their business models make sense, why investors should invest, and what they are looking for.
